Local buyers are welcome to make exchange for another product or request full refund (minus $5 delivery fee for any personal delivery provided or the postage amount via mail) within 15 days from the date of purchase. For international buyers, item will be inspected and tested before shipping, return will not be accepted.
As all inflatable products are dedicated and prone to damage when they are not properly handled, exchange and return will only be granted with the following conditions met:
- All original packaging and product information card are present
- The product is not damaged, no marking, stain and in a resalable condition
- The product has not been used or placed in water before, even if there is a manufacture defect (If you like to check and test the float, please try it at home before bring it to the pool).
- No refund or exchange will be granted if water or water stain is found in the air chamber or the surface of the product.
